Chip Williford is a writer of prose, poetry and short stories. He is a photographer, videographer, filmmaker, documentaian, family historian, researcher, good listener and truthful story teller.

He is a kind gentleman with integrity and humor. He is professional, direct and will certainly challenge for right. He is givng, caring, fun and smart. He’s quick and good in a crisis. He is detailed oriented, dependable, courteous, kind, analytical, and a risk taker when the odds are good. He is a leader and a great person to have on your team.

He’s Technical Director and Visual Artist at The Suffolk Theater in Riverhead, NY . He also Freelances and for the past 10 years worked from Production Assistant, Talent Assistant Crew Manager to Back Stage Manager with Chew Entertainment on several of The BET Honors and and other monumental events, award shows and concerts including the Apollo Gala and Showtime At The Apollo. He a constant with Night of Inspirations at Carnegie Hall and at the Kings Theater for the Finding Ashley Steward Tour Finale. He also worked the Grammy’s last year at MSG and the Van Nostrands with Musique.

Many People in Chip’s life inspired him to volunteer and to encourage others to volunteer, which is one of the reasons he’s so passionate about volunteering.

The former PTK AZN Vice President of Service volunteers throughout Suffolk County, which includes SCCC Alumni Association.

Chip is the Director of Poetry Street. He produced and filmed “Poetry Street on The Road - The Film “ and “America, Please learn from the Scars of History “. His film “Bohemia, Then and Now” was recognized and viewed by US and Bohemian Citizens along with the Ambassador of Bohemia at the National Hall Bohemia Embassy after an full house Premiere and red carpet event at The Bohemia Historical Society Museum.

Chip Williford was also featured on the Red Carpet Interviews at The 47th Audelco Awards.
